The HUSUM WindEnergy Congress was just as great a success as the fair as a whole.
Spread over four congress rooms, more than 50 different events covering all the current and relevant topics of interest to the international wind energy sector were enthusiastically received by the 4,000 attendees over the four days of the congress (9-12 September 2008).

“We have observed that there was great interest in both the classic topical events and the full-day programmes dealing with wind energy developments in individual regions, as well as in the company innovation presentations given by important companies”, summed up congress organiser Gudrun Kromrey the congress.
